Task Reminders and Telegram Integration

Telegram integration does not create an independent list. Your calendar retains the main plan while the bot delivers notifications where you read messages.

This is especially useful for meeting alerts, departure warnings, or time-sensitive tasks.

Open Telegram settings in AetherPlan, generate a secure link, and connect the bot. The bot links directly to your schedule.

Keep your linking URL private. You can disconnect or modify the integration anytime in settings.

Set appropriate lead times: receive alerts with enough margin to leave for an appointment or prepare for a meeting.

Avoid enabling alerts for minor routine tasks to prevent notification fatigue.
