Describe Tasks Naturally
Type task details naturally (action, timing, duration, and constraints) just as you would explain to a colleague.
The more specific your constraints, the better the suggestion: "Prepare report tomorrow in a 90m free slot before lunch" works better than "add report".
Review Suggested Parameters Before Saving
The AI assistant interprets text and prepares the proposal, but you retain final control over what and when to schedule.
Verify title, date, duration, and calendar placement before saving. Adjust your prompt if needed.
Use Clear and Concise Prompts
One sentence is usually sufficient for a single task. For day reorganization, state your goal and constraints, then ask for slot proposals.
Avoid grouping dozens of unrelated items into a single prompt to make verification fast and accurate.
- "Reserve 1 hour for contract review on Thursday after 15:00."
- "Add a 45-minute workout on the nearest free evening."
- "Find 2 hours before Friday for presentation draft."
